FAQs
Is the discount applicable to all courses?
The discount can be used for all public courses on our site. Excluses any self-paced, eLearning or subscription based courses and individual exam purchases. Discount does not apply to any optional extras.
When is the deadline for the discount?
Cyber month 20% discount expires 31 Oct 2026, i.e. you must book and pay for any Cyber or GRC public course currently on the website on or before 31 Oct 2026 to receive 20% off. The End of Year discount expires 15 Dec 2026, i.e. you must book and pay for any public course currently on the website on or before 15 Dec 2026 to receive 15% off.
What are the terms and cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be accepted and a full refund provided if received in writing up to ten business days prior to course commencement.
Cancellations or transfers received less than ten business days before course commencement will incur an administration fee of $250 + GST. A maximum of two transfers will be accepted for any given booking.
An alternate participant for the course can be substituted at any time for no additional charge.
If a participant is sick and unable to attend, ALC will offer to transfer the registration to an alternative course date at no additional cost with the provision of medical certificate.
Refund and/or transfer will not be provided for any participant who fails to attend the course.
