FAQs
Is there a limit to the users for the vouchers?
No! You can use your voucher until it runs out. There is no limit to the number of users or courses you can apply it to.
Is the voucher applicable to all courses?
The voucher can be used for all public courses on our site. This excludes any self paced courses, elearning, subscription based and individual exam purchases. Discount does not apply to any optional extras.
When is the deadline for the voucher?
You have until June 30th 2026 to purchase your voucher. The validity of the voucher is 12 months from the date of purchase.

If course cancellation is notified more than 10 business days prior to course commencement then there will be no cancellation fee. If a course is cancelled 10 business days or less prior to course commencement then 50% of the course fee is payable.
If a participant is sick and unable to attend, with a medical certificate ALC will offer to transfer this registration to an alternative course date at no additional cost.
If a participant is unable to attend due to a last-minute work commitment prior to the course starting, an alternate participant for the course can be substituted for no additional charge. If an alternative participant is not available, at ALC’s discretion the seat could be forfeited or else the participant may attend a Public Course session with a Late Transfer Fee payable.
