Is the discount applicable to all courses?
The discount can be used for all public courses on our site. This excludes any self paced courses, subscription based and individual exam purchases.
When is the deadline for the discount?
You must enrol and pay before December 4 in order to get 10% off.
What are the terms and cancellation policy?
If course cancellation is notified more than 10 business days prior to course commencement then there will be no cancellation fee. If a course is cancelled 10 business days or less prior to course commencement then 50% of the course fee is payable.
If a participant is sick and unable to attend, with a medical certificate ALC will offer to transfer this registration to an alternative course date at no additional cost.
If a participant is unable to attend due to a last-minute work commitment prior to the course starting, an alternate participant for the course can be substituted for no additional charge. If an alternative participant is not available, at ALC’s discretion the seat could be forfeited or else the participant may attend a Public Course session with a Late Transfer Fee payable.
