This 2-day Benefits Modelling Workshop is designed to give participants a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process of managing benefits realisation.

Whereas the end-to-end process is responsibility of a Portfolio Management Office and /or Benefits Realisation Manager, the specific work of identifying and analysing benefits is usually performed by specialist business analysts or benefits analysts. This workshop is designed for them.
Being able to carry out benefits modelling and analysis completely and effectively is a key contributor to writing good business cases and planning a portfolio or programme that optimises the benefits from investing in change, whilst also identifying as many risks, assumptions and stakeholder dependencies as possible.
