- We also have staffed offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. ALC courses are held throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

- We presented our first ITIL course in Sydney in August 1999 and our first PRINCE2 course also in Sydney in November 1999.

- We have been offering SABSA-based information security courses since 2003 and conducted the first SABSA Foundation Certificate examination globally in Sydney in March 2007.

- We launched ITIL in Singapore and Malaysia. In July 1998 we offered, via our sister company, the very first ITIL Foundation Certificate courses ever held in those two countries.
