Pre-Requisites
Candidates to this course should already hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (2 credits from the Foundation or V2 Foundation plus Bridge Certificate) and have obtained a further 15 credits (a total of at least 17 credits) as a minimum from a balanced selection of ITIL Intermediate Capability or Lifecycle qualifications.
Option 1
- ITIL Foundation (or ITIL Foundation V2 + Bridging Certificate) – 2 credits
- ITIL Capability: SOA, RCV, PPO & OSA – 16 credits
- Total of 18 credits.
Option 2
- ITIL Foundation (or ITIL Foundation v2 + bridging course) – 2 credits
- ITIL Lifecycle: SS, SD, ST, SO & CSI – 15 credits
- Total of 17 credits.
Exam Information
The Managing Across the Lifecycle exam is a 120 minute closed book exam consisting of ten multiple-choice, gradient-scored questions. Each question will have 4 possible answer options, one of which is worth 5 marks, one which is worth 5 marks, one which is worth 1 mark, and one which is a distracter and achieves no marks. The pass mark is 35/50 or 70%.
