Have never done virtual training so this was very different for me. But I enjoyed it.
Neil was amazing, and very well versed in everything ITIL, he made it interesting and insightful so we didn’t fall alseep but also made us all feel very welcome to provide feedback and experiences.

Great amount of training material provided and arrived in time before the date of the course. The student guide was very handy to follow along during the class and write notes.
The activities and questions were a great way to discuss answers and other student's perspectives.

The live virtual training experience was valuable.
Peter is an excellent trainer and kept us engaged across all 4 days. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining rationale behind the concepts that were discussed.
I find it more efficient than face-to-face training as it allows us to navigate between screens when researching and typing notes whilst also staying engaged in the virtual classroom discussion and slide presentations.

Course and instructor were great. Would like to say that Michelle was very informative and knowledge of the topic was outstanding. She was very interactive and encouraged interaction from the group in a friendly and encouraging way. It was quite a relaxed course considering the subject.

I did the Change Management Foundation Course and Kim was a wonderful trainer - she was super clear and easy to understand.

Zoom just worked! Course resources were fantastic and glad that ALC continued with the training traditions by providing Mentos in the pack :) Peter N was a brilliant and knowledgeable trainer.
