the zoom experience was good. As mentioned below, I really liked the printed book that was sent which had the slides in plus lots of space to write - this helped ensure I wasn't looking at the screen all day. The experience was way better than I expected. I was disappointed not to get an in-person delivery option (mainly due to sitting through way too much zoom only internal training over the past 3 years due to the pandemic, so have been burnt by that), however after attending I was more than satisfied. The course text book had plenty of space for notes so I was able to look at that and not just a screen all day. The 2nd camera Neil had for showing him drawing diagrams was really good and the quiz's were really good for helping cement the learning. Neil was well paced in his delivery, and very good at highlighting key points a number of times and in different ways which really made them stick - perfect prep for a theory exam. I'd prefer this delivery method going forward now.

Peter was a great instructor who was extremely thorough with his explanations of concepts, and was patient while re-explaining certain topics

was good at pinpointing material and explaining the different components of ITIL based organisational structures for delivery.

Was very impressed with the knowledge and skills of the Trainer. A lot of content to go through and a long time, but her energy and knowledge made it really engaging from start to finish.

Really well conducted and structured by Michelle. Guide is easy to follow and textbook is excellent. Big thanks to everyone involved. everything was great.

It nice to have a soft copy of the review manual so can do review on the go and not worrying bringing the book . Very clear and concise.

Good course with a lot of resources. Practical exercises to stimulate thinking and acting can increase its understanding and efficacy.

I loved it. I realise virtual training isn't great for everyone, but I found it easier to focus being in my own environment. Could be the introvert and reflector in me :)
Kim was awesome! Very engaging and shared plenty of real-life experiences that directly related to the material. Really great course.
