All the practical elements of the course were excellent - the material, the trainer etc.

For an online course that was engaging. I do like Neil's approach and example. He make the session enjoyable.

Michelle made the course material relevant to our organisation which made it easier to grasp. She was excellent in not only explaining the concepts but putting them into context, providing examples and answering our questions. Her approachable style and vast knowledge have made this course enjoyable and very beneficial for our team.
