I'm glad I had Chris Evans facilitating this course, it made a big difference to have someone with his vast experience presenting. Also all the additional references shared left me with a nice library of resources to expand my knowledge post the course. Thanks again to Chris and team. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. it was a great course that covered alot of aspects and certainly provides a good starting point to learn more about the cyber industry. DLJ was a very knowledgeable, highly articulate and fun trainer. He has very positive energy, especially conducting a course at 1 am his local time. He also provided real-life examples which made it easier to link it to understanding the ITIL concepts

Neil is an exceptional trainer. His training style greatly helped my understanding of the concepts, especially when he used his previous work experience as examples. He was accommodating to all participants and was encouraging during discussions in the breakout sessions. Kudos to Neil!

I personally will need to study more for the exam, but after the two day sessions I am more confident in the ITIL 4 Foundation material and will hopefully implement my learnings in the workplace. Provided plenty of questions/scenarios and quick tips for exam.

My trainer is excellent and experienced. It really helps me understand the module, which is wonderful. Course is interactive. The case study and exercises are helpful to understand the framework better.

The trainer was excellent at exam prep. I really felt this was beneficial and I appreciated it greatly. Leigh is very experienced instructor he seems to remember everything in the book and he always uses many interesting examples while he was explaining to us. Thanks a lot Leigh. This was my second ALC course that I have done with Leigh. I have learnt a lot from him in both instances and I look forward to having another opportunity in the near future. The presenter was quite good at relating the theory to real life experience.

Initially I was hesitant that this was online and not in person as I was concerned about my attention span being at home rather than in a classroom but Chris was super engaging and everything ran very smoothly. 10/10 :) Chris was amazing, well presented and deep dived into a lot of technical and managerial aspects of cyber security.

Everything was available in the kit, all quality materials. Guidance on what to read ahead of time was clear and the book was well presented to make this easy to do.
