Course was great! Really enjoyed the approach and material for MSP in a virtual setting. The use of Slido for the multiple choice questions and Miro for workshopping and group activities really helped. This has been one of the best training courses I have attended. Well laid out course material. The book arrived with the folder in time with no issues. Sue is a great trainer with expert knowledge on the MSP.

Sue was very structured in her delivery and the use of the learning materials, MIRO for group exercises and going through sample questions provided a nice balance.

The course was fantastic. A great introduction to SCRUM with relevant real life examples and comprehensive course material. Fez was a great instructor and answered everyone's questions and encouraged class participation in the course. Student guide and pre-course instructions were very helpful and comprehensive. My course materials for this course arrived in time at my apartment due to an ALC staff member contacting me to provide my address to mail the materials to. It was a busy week at work and I appreciate the follow up phone call as without it the course materials might not have reached my apartment in time.

Neil was able to elaborate on the ITIL concepts when asked. He is also professional, friendly and helpful. The materials provided covered significant topics and concepts to prepare us for the exam.

Fez was amazing. You could tell she had a lot of relevant experience and she had answers for everything that came up. Exactly what you want in a trainer.

I really enjoyed this course. I found it the right mix of material for the exam as well as material for the real world. I appreciated the time Neil took to answer questions and share his extensive experiences and knowledge. I found this course very very worthwhile and applicable to me.
