This was the only virtual course I've completed recently where the trainer managed to keep everyone engaged - I also managed to absorb and retain the information.

Neil was very clear in his communication and when he moved away from ITIL content, ie I'm going to tell you a story
Like the way he drew diagrams to mix it up
Kept us engaged through different quiz techniques, ie write down, Kahoots and fill in the blanks with verbal answers
Loved having the hard copy and the stickies and highlighters. It meant I could draw all over the notes, highlight and use stickers to help embed my learning
It was very well delivered with high engagement for what could be quite dry content
Neil's background and knowledge was exceptional
I feel a lot more comfortable now having done quite a few quizes and will continue to do more prior to the exam

Fantastic course and one of the best delivered virtually that i've attended! Neil did a great job of engaging the group and used his real life experiences (and stories!) to bring to life the content.
