Good course with a lot of resources. Practical exercises to stimulate thinking and acting can increase its understanding and efficacy.

Kim was incredible trainer, engaging and made things easy to understand.
Kim made herself available to be contacted for help and I genuinely felt as though she was happy to be contacted.
All my dealings leading up to and during my study have been exceptional. Prompt email responses and availability via phone.

I loved it. I realise virtual training isn't great for everyone, but I found it easier to focus being in my own environment. Could be the introvert and reflector in me :)

Great mix or theory and practical work, Ferzeen was able to keep great engagement over thew two days

I am extremely impressed with this course. Ferzeen is amazing! Her level of knowledge and ability to explain everything in easy to understand terms and scenario's was fantastic.
I felt like I was engaged the whole time which is not something that I can say for other courses I have attended.
I have already stated to my Manager that if there is anyone else who wishes to take the PSM Course within our business unit, then this course is on the top of the list.

The virtual training was awesome! Being able to collaborate with the other attendees in general and being able to transition into break out rooms when required was fantastic. Hands down the best online training course I have attended is a long time. Access to the student guide and open assessment was very helpful. I was able to prep for the course and see where my knowledge of the Scrum Master processes were at prior to the course.

I found the course to be really good and covered a broad range of topics, the instructor gave lots of good personal insight into the topics which helped drive a lot of points home or prove the relevance.
I would be keen to look at following up with the Devops engineering course.

This was a good course to get an overview and broad understanding of what DevOps aspires to.
Rob provides valuable insight and depth to the topics covered but it is hard being talked at over 3 days to stay focussed.
The quiz's were good and more interactive things would assist perhaps in keeping us focused.
