I thought Kim did a fantastic job, she was warm and friendly while being extremely knowledgeable in the area we were studying.
I'm hopeful ALC run a Managing Portfolios course soon as I have this one on my list and know Kim also teaches this too!

Peter is a great trainer and provides a lot of his professional experience into the course topics. This was the most value added to the course.

I had fun during the classes, DLJ certainly knows how to make the class fun and at the same time productive.
Most trainers just read the slides which can be boring to most, but DLJ's style I like it, at the same time he will tell you stories from his past experience which applies to ITIL practices.
