A great idea sending the student guide out in advance, gave me a chance to skim through it and prepare and I used the materials - book, pen, etc provided, thank you!
I think it was really well done and I'd easily recommend ALC to others interested in the ITIL4 foundation course.

It can be very easy for virtual classes to be unengaging and exhausting but DLJ did great.
