ALC’s History with ITIL

ALC is the longest serving provider of ITIL training in Australia.

Our first set of ITIL courses was held in October 1999.

We have been a leader in ITIL training ever since.

In July 1998 ALC sister company PDA Professional Development Associates Pte Ltd launched ITIL in SE Asia with a 2-day multi-speaker conference featuring ITIL luminaries from around the world. This was followed by the first-ever ITIL Foundation certificate courses held in South East Asia.

You can’t be presenting ITIL training for this period of time unless you are doing something right!
