Michelle did a great job, very engaging, thorough and clear.

DLJ was the best trainer I have ever had.
Very engaging (usually very hard to stay focused online but not at all with DLJ and the study materials supplied).
Very knowledgeable and his story-telling was really engaging and helps to retain information.
Also, very entertaining and instils confidence in us. Amazing guide that was sent out and the wall chart - very helpful.
The materials being printed and posted out really assisted with the learning process, the additional highlighers etc were also very distinct edge on any other training I've received.

The live virtual training experience was valuable.
Peter is an excellent trainer and kept us engaged across all 4 days. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining rationale behind the concepts that were discussed.
I find it more efficient than face-to-face training as it allows us to navigate between screens when researching and typing notes whilst also staying engaged in the virtual classroom discussion and slide presentations.
