We nominate a “Booking/Training Contact” especially if multiple participants in the single booking – this way the booking/training contact will be copied in on all correspondence and would be the nominated person responsible for the booking.

Delivery Address for Course Materials (No PO Box)
ALC will be sending you some hard-copy course materials ahead of the course start date. Please advise your best physical delivery address for us to send this to (this could be a home or work delivery address – just no post office boxes as we use a courier service).

Invoice contact details
To whom should the invoice be addressed to? This can be emailed and addressed to an individual within the organisation or else to an Accounts Payable department.
Organisation details
This information will be added on the invoice - please ensure the details are correct and as they should be displayed on the invoice we will provide via email.
