Very well done for an online course. I really liked Neil using the doc cam next to the slide deck to talk through material and annotate slides to make a point. I found it really clarifying and easy to follow. Great course material and experience. Very communicative. The best online training course I have found in terms of communication and professionalism. ALC really try to make the online course format work and put a lot of effort into how they do things e.g. mailing Mentos out is a great touch. The ALC courses I have attended online are the best online courses I have found. ALC and their trainers are very professional and have put thought into the online training experience.

i thought the communication was excellent - all email replies were prompt. Pack arrived quickly, with plenty of time to spare & when i was told it would. Follow up phone call to confirm i had everything was thoughtful. informative, very well explained and i feel i have learnt a lot to take back to my day to day role.

Neil was fantastic and explained everything very well. He answered any questions thoroughly.

Zoom features made the visual content very accessible and the tools of break out rooms were efficient. The audio was clear and precise. This was my first Live Virtual Training Course. I have attended classroom set up's previously and I would say that the Virtual experience has been surprisingly better. The content was clear and easy to follow. We did not miss out on the group exercises and having direct access to Leigh, if required. Most of my enjoyment would be largely attributed to Leigh's presentation skills and high level of experience and passion for the BA skillset. Thank you for using many analogies which made the content relatable but also practical comparisons for everyday use, both Professionally and Personally. All provided materials were functional and had purpose prior, during and I foresee the textbook as being of use in the future in my current role. Thank you to Leigh and ALC for empowering myself with more knowledge and techniques to assist our company in making sound decisions in the BA world of ConnectEast.

Zoom worked well and was clear with sound and picture with minimal 'technical' issues. The breakout rooms worked well. I really like the Virtual Training Experience and the ease of being able to take notes during the course. it is still as easy to 'interact' as a live environment. The course went well, with Leigh doing a good job to keep us engaged.

DLJ was really engaging, passionate and made a dry course/material fun and relevant. He pointed out areas to be wary of for the exam. I loved his energy and the way he delivered the training!
