I thought the course ran smoothly. I appreciated that Neil had his document camera set up to quickly show us things on paper - I found that really helpful.

It was great to see that attendees were on time so the session was ran smoothly without disruption & attendees were willing to share their knowledge and experience during discussion time.

Gary allocated time at the end of each day to go through QAE together as a group and I found that to be very useful.

Going through practice questions as a group was good. The gamification was excellent.

Fantastic course! I highly recommend both the course and trainer Chris Evans. The course was quite demanding with a lot of information covered, but Chris was engaging, entertaining and encouraged conversation and participation.

What an interactive training it was. I can’t wait to incorporate what I learned for a productive result.

DLJ presented the course content in an engaging and knowledgeable way, which primarily enabled me to understand and appreciate the subject matter. It was fun and engaging to learn ITIL with D LJ! Real life sample was appreciated for us to relate the topic new to us.

I loved being able to do this from home, particularly with the homework requirements on top of the training day. I didn't have to lose time on travel. It made sure I was able to get reasonable breaks in, but still have time to do the additional work. Thank you Leigh - the course was fantastic, I think there was a lot of value in all of it. I also appreciate your support and encouragement (noting I am a PM in IT, so not all of us are whiny if the examples are not about IT - I actually preferred that and enjoyed the range of examples :-) ) The examples were really useful for breaking concepts down into every day applications/events/scenarios. heaps of example exams which were great. having the slides available to also write on helped with keeping on track. Leigh's energy and humor is infectious and was great for keeping us motivated - even when the group was lacking energy in the later part of the week.
Breaks were well spaced out during the day and the flow of the sessions worked really well. Especially enjoyed the Practitioner days - breaking up the chapters and working through the sample exam in pieces with immediate explanations for answers worked really well for me.

In terms of a learning experience, very good, engaging, content delivery changes kept it interesting. Trade off worth being able to do it at home.
