Great to have a course send physical material out ahead of the course.

I've done a number of online courses and this was by far the best.

The slides were great and it was easy to follow.

Neil Broadhead demonstrated expert knowledge of ITIL and had stories to add which helped me put the theories into context.
He was clear, considerate and spoke at a pace and with an intonation that was easy to listen to and follow.
Having Neil facilitate this course for us has put all us participants at a good advantage.
Uma was delightful too and her appearance each morning increased our feeling of being welcome and taken care of.
