Neil was very clear in his communication and when he moved away from ITIL content, ie I'm going to tell you a story
Like the way he drew diagrams to mix it up
Kept us engaged through different quiz techniques, ie write down, Kahoots and fill in the blanks with verbal answers
Loved having the hard copy and the stickies and highlighters. It meant I could draw all over the notes, highlight and use stickers to help embed my learning
It was very well delivered with high engagement for what could be quite dry content
Neil's background and knowledge was exceptional
I feel a lot more comfortable now having done quite a few quizes and will continue to do more prior to the exam

My first time, everything went very well. Well organised, use of technology was great- Zoom and Kahut. Registration process was very smooth. Updates were great, very well organised admin team.

Have really enjoyed the style of learning. I would say the most beneficial part is the quizzes after each section as it allows you to test your knowledge (and be surprised when you thought you knew something but actually don't!).
