The slides were great and it was easy to follow.

Neil Broadhead demonstrated expert knowledge of ITIL and had stories to add which helped me put the theories into context.
He was clear, considerate and spoke at a pace and with an intonation that was easy to listen to and follow.
Having Neil facilitate this course for us has put all us participants at a good advantage.
Uma was delightful too and her appearance each morning increased our feeling of being welcome and taken care of.
Uma arranged for my course book to be sent and it arrived literally the next day! Really good!
